When I was young, I rearranged my room all the time. From an early age, finding new ways to showcase my treasures and keep my stuff organized was a passion. Now, as an adult, I have taken that passion for interior design to create homes that reflect my clients’ unique personal styles.

Karla Billey Design Inc. is an Edmonton-based design house specializing in one-of-a-kind design for residential and commercial clients. For me, it’s all about the details. I use my two decades of design experience to create spaces that truly reflect my clients’ personalities.
An honors graduate from the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics, I taught in the Residential Interiors Program at that same academic institution for many years. Through my experience and training, I’ve been fortunate to work on many accomplished projects like the Royal Alexandra and University Hospital Foundation Full House Lottery. I’ve also been privileged to have some of my clients’ homes—and my own—showcased on numerous Alberta Ballet Home and Garden Tours, and Edmonton Citie Ballet H&G Tours, with my work featured in publications, including Modern Luxuria magazine.
